Oooooh another fabulous interview for you with one of the MOST heart-centered professionals working in the field of Women's Wellness that I know and have had the pleasure of spending time with. Dr. Brianne Grogan is the author of 'Lady Bits'.......the tag line is 'understand your body, elevate your health and reclaim your spark naturally' and this book truly delivers a message of empowerment through education in a factual but truly accessible and non-textbook (bore you to tears) manner. It's deep enough for a professional to gain some great knowledge-bombs from but also empathetic enough for a member of the general public....any woman of any age, to access and receive vital information delivered in a heartfelt and easy to digest manner.
I love her vibe, her womanly wisdom and overall the way that Brianne walks the talk when it comes to truly luxuriating in her feminity and encouraging all of those whose lives she touches to do so too. This book is an ode to female health and wellbeing but on a truly 'whole-woman' and 'whole-life' level. From your menstrual cycle to 'where your mojo went' :-), radiant ageing to practising deep self-care, bringing-sexy-back, to up levelling your nutrition....she's got it covered and for me it's one of those, 'perpetually on the nightstand' books that is devoured once and then continually dipped into over and over again. Dr. Brianne Grogan, DPT is a Doctor of Physical Therapy originally from Portland, Oregon. Inspired by her own pregnancy and postpartum struggles, Brianne chose to specialize in the field of women’s health physical therapy with an emphasis on the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic floor disorders. In 2009 Brianne left the traditional role as a clinician and started her own fitness revolution, FemFusion Fitness.
