Thankyou for choosing Burrell Education. If you are not entirely satisfied with your course or event purchase, we're here to help.
If you have paid for a course/event and you have not been able to attend with good reason AND you have informed us in good time, although you are entitled to a full refund of your payment will will firstly ask you to defer your attendance and attach the amount paid to a later course or event. In the case of Massage courses or courses where we have a strict capacity and must have even number of students, once the course is sold out, we will advertise the vacant spot and once filled we will refund your fee in full. In the case that we run out of time to find a replacement for your vacated place, a credit note will be issued for a later dated course of your choice.
There is a strict NO REFUND POLICY ON LIVE COURSES/EVENTS that have been attended in full or in part. In the case of sickness, or extreme circumstances which mean only part of a live course or event was attended, a credit note will be issued and the ability for your to complete the remainder of your course/event at a later date will be made available.
If you are unhappy with any ONLINE course/event which you have already accessed in part or in full, there is a NO FULL REFUND policy but your payment (if you are paying by installments) will be halted and discontinued. You will also lose access to the purchased course content in full.
ALL OF THE ABOVE ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF BURRELL EDUCATION. Where we feel there has been foul-play or candidates have made unreasonable requests, we reserve the right to deal with every refund request on an individual basis.
If you are a Metabolic Mommy Member and you wish to cease your membership, you may do this at anytime but will lose all access to the membership site content.
