If you have paid for a course/event and you have not been able to attend, you are entitled to a full refund of your payment or you can defer your attendance and attach the amount paid to a later course or event.
If you are unhappy with any LIVE course/event and full payment has been made, a full refund is also applicable.
If you are unhappy with any ONLINE course/event which you have already accessed in part or in full, there is a NO REFUND policy but your payment (if you are paying by installments) will be halted and discontinued.
If you are a Metabolic Mommy Member and you wish to cease your membership, you may do this at anytime but will lose all access to the membership site content.
