The 3rd Age Club – Busy Woman’s Smart Breakfast!

Nourishing your body first thing in the morning and having good food on hand when you need it, wherever you are isn't optional when you are trying to rid yourself of energy slumps and create and maintain hormonal balance, which is why juicing is one of the most useful things you can start doing to improve your health in your 3rd Age.

The juice below was my breakfast and I also had it for elevenses.  If you are out of the home and need to transport your juice.  Don't put in non-BPA plastic full of Xenoestrogens.  These glass juice mugs are a much better call and cheap as chips.

Juice ingredients: 1 apple, 4 carrots, ginger to taste, 1 lemon and 1/2 an avocado (blend the avocado first and then add to the rest of the juice) and 2 teaspoons of flaxseed.

A gorgeous anti-inflammatory, good fat, liver cleansing, anti-oxidant alternative, hormone balancing way to start your day of wise nutrition.
