Hey there, I'm excited to introduce you to our next 'Superstar Student, Physiotherapist Lisa Rushton! I'm honoured to have one of the Women's Health Physio 'mafia' 😉 join us in class and was thrilled to read Lisa's feedback....I'll let her speak for herself....
Who do you serve? What are your offerings?
Lisa is a Physiotherapist with a strong interest in Women's health/Pregnancy and postnatal fitness and recovery.
She also practice acupuncture (including pregnancy acupuncture) and Pre and Postnatal Pilates.
Which Burrell Education Course have you attended?
Advanced CPD in Modern Post Natal Assessment, Core Restore & Functional Exercise Programming.
How have you used your education to create offerings in your business and monetize your education?
It has given me the confidence to develop my own postnatal work with women - I was previously teaching Pilates and doing a little one to one physio work with postnatal clients - since emigrating to Australia I am now looking to develop the postnatal physiotherapy work which I do and offer specialised one to one postnatal physiotherapy sessions focusing on restoring the core, incorporating my pilates background too.
How Burrell Education differed from your previous education?
Jenny's course has provided me with a real in depth understanding of postnatal anatomy, healing and most importantly how to progressively work the postnatal client to improve their core and overall fitness/return to exercise. I have loved the online learning as I emigrated to Australia part way through the course so I have been able to continue with this excellent course on the other side of the world - thanks Jenny! 🙂 Awesome courses taught by a lady who really knows her stuff and is able to convey her knowledge in an informative and concise way - I would definitely recommend - and I can't wait to get on another of her courses 🙂
You can take a look at Lisa's site - Pilates Seed here, she's based in NSW Australia!
