Burrell Education Policies – Cancellations/ Refunds / Payment Plans


Thank you for choosing Burrell Education.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your course or event purchase, we’re here to help.

If you have paid for a course/event and you have not been able to attend with good reason AND you have informed us in good time, although you are entitled to a full refund of your payment will will firstly ask you to defer your attendance and attach the amount paid to a later course or event.  In the case of Massage courses or courses where we have a strict capacity and must have even number of students, once the course is sold out, we will advertise the vacant spot and once filled we will refund your fee in full.  In the case that we run out of time to find a replacement for your vacated place, a credit note will be issued for a later dated course of your choice.

There is a strict NO REFUND POLICY ON LIVE COURSES/EVENTS that have been attended in full or in part.  In the case of sickness, or extreme circumstances which mean only part of a live course or event was attended, a credit note will be issued and the ability for your to complete the remainder of your course/event at a later date will be made available.

THERE IS A STRICT NO CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ON ONLINE COURSES where candidates have access to content on purchase.
There is ample opportunity via ‘walkthough’ videos and information on the course sales page for every candidate to fully appreciate the course content BEFORE PURCHASE.  Once purchased and accessed, NO CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS and Candidates are obliged to continue any outstanding instalment payments until the balance has cleared.

ALL OF THE ABOVE ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF BURRELL EDUCATION.  Where we feel there has been foul-play or candidates have made unreasonable requests, we reserve the right to deal with every refund and cancellation request on an individual basis.


Payment Plans

We offer these to allow people to spread the cost of their study.   If you choose to pay via a payment plan, you are entering into a contract with Burrell Education to complete the payment plan in full without exception.
IF YOU DEFAULT ON A PAYMENT we will revoke access to your course immediately, and we will email you an link to bring your account up to date.   Defaulted Payments must be settled within 31 days of the original due date.  If they are not settled, we reserve the right to revoke the payment plan entirely and request the balance in full immediately.

Any balance that remains outstanding for longer than 90 days will be deemed bad debt and your access to courses will be revoked permanently without refund.
We also reserve the right to use a Debt Collection agency for longstanding unpaid accounts.
